Jeanne-Marie had come in late, and the Professor's words had... made her think, to say the least. She saw the necessity, but also... her brother had been right. And Jeanne-Marie had heard enough speeches from adults who thought they could and should control her to know better.
But in her heart, she knew she wanted to do this. And she was mostly concerned with the reactions of her friends--and her brother, especially. Simon was nearest, though, and he looked... uncertain? She didn't know that expression. She scooted over a few seats and settled a hand on his arm. "What are you thinking of?" she whispered.
